Teams are made with up to six people on a team.
We can also put teams together when people are interested, but don’t have their own team.
If you are signing up as an individual to be put on a team:
- Include your name, phone number and full mailing address.
- Include what size of shirt you will need.
If you are signing up an entire team:
- Include what your team name is
- Include the name, phone number and full mailing address for each team member (up to 6 people)
- Include what size of shirt will be needed for each person
